No Longer Supported

  • Solar noon has been removed as a schedule option - any events scheduled for solar noon will be set to actual noon (relative to the system's timezone). Offsets related to solar noon will be removed.

Resolved Issues

  • When upgrading from this release to a future release using a USB flash drive, the LEDs will now maintain a constant color (green = success, red = failure) until the USB drive is removed.

  • DIM10-087-00 controller will now default to the external antenna.

  • Offline map tiles may now be downloaded successfully in all regions.

Upgrade Guidance

  • If the site controller is running SimplySNAP Version 3.0, Synapse Wireless recommends that you run a Census before proceeding with the upgrade. You will need to wait for the Census to complete before proceeding with the upgrade.

  • Power must not be removed during the upgrade process. Take any necessary precautions to insure uninterupted power to the site controller.

Known Issues

  • Upgrading using USB flash drive may fail, depending on when the unit was manufactured - please contact Synapse Wireless for assistance if you find one of these devices.

  • If a light controller is not powered on when a zone change is made for that controller, the controller may not be updated with the new zone information.
